Seriously this is my favourite anime ever. It's just 6 episodes long, that doesn't sound long, but every moment is epicness. It makes everything else look dull. Its originally is outstanding and it comes close to Cowboy Bebop on overall greatness...

Must see for everyone.

8.87/10.

Superb. Loved the art style, the director Imaishi got carried over into Gurren Lagann. Loved the music - The Pillows are godly. Loved the crazy shit (all of it was crazy). Canti was beautiful and fighting with guitars is just win.

I could actually keep listing all the parts of this anime I loved such as the baseball-comet hit, but I need to sleep at some point tonight.

This show was pretty good. i saw the dub and I liked it. :cookie

I like it that it was only 6 episode long... cuz if it went any longer it would be too crazy. The art style is awesome, and the craziness is just pure win. This is one of those anime where you don't know what the fuck is going on.. but it's fucking awesome.

One of the few animes to look at my ridiculous standards for a good show and punch it right in the face.

It's not perfect, has alot of flaws, but FLCL presents itself so marvelously well that even the dub was sublime. Last Dinosaur - by the Pillows to this day continues to be the best suited anime song I've ever heard, and the list just goes on.

There's FLCL and Cowboy Bebop as two series that deserve a high 8 to a low 9 in my book, both of them have alot of issues and if you take a step back you might see it keeling over from some of the crap they put into it.

But it's still deserves the lone star it gets for otherwise being completely awesome.

Any anime that brings the manga direct to the anime itself for no reason at all deserves massive respect.

As good as everything was about FLCL the Pillows account for at least 60% of it
